TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

PAYMENT
A
deposit of 50% of the total cost price will be required on
ordering with the balance due 7 days before installation commences

DELIVERY
DATES
Delivery
dates are estimated and given in good faith, Smart interiors will
not be held liable for any costs incurred through late delivery.

OWNERSHIP
Smart interiors shall remain the owner of all goods, until the
full amount of invoice value has been paid. No item will be
delivered until the final account has been settled. No return of
goods will be accepted which have been supplied in accordance with
the Purchaser’s order.

LIABILITY
It will
be the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all goods
are insured once delivered. Smart interiors are only responsible
for the goods up the time of delivery. Under no circumstances will
Smart interiors be liable for any loss or injury attributable to
defects in the goods or otherwise in relation to the performance
of any contract entered into between Smart interiors and the
purchaser. Furthermore, the purchaser shall indemnify Smart
interiors against any claim for such damage. Loss or injury made
against Smart interiors by a third party.

DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS
Any
damage or shortage of items must be made in writing within 7 days.
All items will be checked of on delivery and Smart interiors will
advise purchaser if any items are outstanding. We cannot accept
liability for items that go missing after delivery.

GUARANTEES
All
warranties and guarantees will be passed to the owner of the goods
to be held in case of faulty workmanship or other claims requiring
exchange or repair. All quotes are given in good faith.

CANCELLATION
Smart
interiors reserves the right to charge the client for any costs
incurred through change of installation date or cancellation,
which is not the fault of Smart interiors.

FORCE
MAJEURE
Smart
interiors will not be liable to the purchaser for any breach of
contract arising from or which may have been caused by an act of
God, force majeure, war, riot, civil commotion, government order,
direction or legislation by fire, accident, strike or other
industrial action, adverse weather conditions, delays in transport
or by any other matter over which Smart interiors has no control.

DESIGN
Design,
material and finish are liable to change without notice in the
light of continuing development. We reserve the right to
substitute items of similar quality.
